Paleo.In

Ryan and I came back from Virginia with a long technical to-do list. One of those items was a rejiggering of the scripture related apps. These are the heart of the work Ryan is doing.

The goal here is to create a reasonable order to those apps and their content so the "Bible Projects" section of apps provides an introduction to the problem of what we are passed from history in terms of the Bible and related manuscripts.

Change in Plans

This week, we had planned another app for that section. Ryan spent most of the week working on a first public draft. But Thursday this week we reviewed this work and realized there are fundamental issues with our understanding of actual Protestant history.

When we traveled to Virginia we visited Jamestown. Note how Jamestown, Virginia, and Plymouth, Massachusetts, used the Geneva Bible. This was before the King James Bible. The Geneva Bible was threatening to the king and the king's bankers, which is why the KJV bible was even commissioned.

Remember, usury was made legal in the English speaking world in 1604. From that date on, the king worked for the Jewish Bankers. Protestant Christianity is ultimately a story of the Jewish control of this branch of the Christian religion.

The Geneva Bible, what King James was trying to suppress, is closer to the Orthodox Bible than it is to modern Zionist Christian Bibles used in most of the USA.

Having been raised in the Protestant Tradition, Ryan and I are both partially blind to the history and problems and steps that were taken to move English speaking Protestants away from Orthodox roots.

How did it get this way? The manuscript change history from those colonies to today is the same story as the development of the perversion that is Zionist Christianity. Dropping, say, the Christian Old Testament, is but a part of the crime.

This is a hard story to tell. Our apps will address this problem more carefully in future weeks.

So this week, all the icons are updated. Greek related apps are now using blue lettering in their icons. This is a reminder of the Greek flag. The other apps in that section now have consistent upper case letters for their icons. More changes in this section will come in future weeks.

War Headlines

Unless you've been living under a rock, you are probably well aware of the war that started when Israel and the USA started bombing Iran in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 28, 2026.

The first 2 targets were the house of the supreme leader of Iran, and a girl's school. There was debate across that first day if the supreme leader had really been killed. The Israelis were sure. The Iranians needed time to agree.

The school bombing involved around 180 deaths of mostly young children. That bombing was used to bring great shame to the Zionists leading the war.

The Iranian public was enraged, and has been protesting in the streets every night since. That public gave their full support for the Iranians to launch retaliatory strikes, which they did later that day.

To the surprise of most observers, Iran focused their early attacks on American bases across the GCC countries. Less surprising was how Iran also started targeting military installations inside Israel.

As this blog goes out the Zionist side has control of the airspace over Iran and is able to bomb Iranian targets at will. The Zionist side has an uncertain amount of munitions. The key Iranian military targets are underground, making it very difficult for Zionists to defeat Iran by air power alone.

The Iranian side is thought to have a nearly unlimited stock of missiles, but cannot easily launch them while the Zionist side mostly controls Iranian air space.

On the other hand, nations cannot be defeated by air strikes alone. Iran cannot realistically be defeated without a ground invasion.

The first round of that invasion is expected to involve Kurds from Iraq and western Iran. There is discussion of the use of other troops, say American or NATO troops, but nothing along these lines has started, at least as of this writing.

Oil Infrastructure, Hormuz

Because there has been significant destruction to oil infrastructure in the Arab countries, there is serious risk to the Petrodollar, itself setup in Nixon's presidential term by Henry Kissinger. In those days, Arabian Oil replaced gold as the backing for the US Dollar.

Breaking the Petrodollar is a likely way to break US, so really Zionist, Hegemony over most of the rest of the world. Iran's laser focus on the oil industry of the Persian Gulf is a war plan designed to bring down the dollar based financial system.

At this point Iran only needs to hold on and the financial systems of the western world risk natural financial collapse. The international banking cartel can print currency and inflate the currency away. They cannot print fuel oil, natural gas nor derived products like gasoline and fertilizer.

The various GCC countries own interest bearing financial assets that are mostly denominated in US Dollars. Those assets will need to be liquidated in order to pay for rebuilding, which will also put pressure on the demise of the US dollar.

Iran has clearly, and carefully, gamed out what they would do when the Zionist west decided to try and take out their government.

Open Questions

Is Iran able to defeat the Zionists? Or does this wait until Iran's big brothers, Russia and China, openly join the fight?

The ultimate Biblical question is do the Zionists eventually prevail? Will they rule the world from Jerusalem?

From the Zionist side, this war is one of the final battles for that to happen. Russia, China, and a few others still remain independent of the Zionist control grid. Their wars are likely still future, about 3 years out, unless this becomes just 1 continuous war.

Prophetic Date Questions

There are some issues, though, in terms of what date series we are currently following. I want to explore those here, because this question has serious implications for what happens over the next few weeks as well as understanding the Noah related dates in 2029.

Last week I gave date related math that ties current headlines to a future set of Noah's Flood related dates in 2029. I speculated that the 3 year time of Civil War in Rehoboam's reign becomes a 3 year time interval to a 2029 second copy of Noah's flood.

That math was written up late in the week, and I did not have time to really digest what it might imply in terms of immediate future headlines.

The key idea was that there are 2 weeks of prophetic warning ahead of the actual flood itself. The first of those warning dates was on 2026-02-24, when Rubio briefed a small group of US Senators on war plans against Iran.

The second of those dates hit this past Tuesday, so 2026-03-03, when that same group of Senators was again briefed on the current state of the war.

Actual, visible, war broke out a few days after Rubio's first briefing of a few members of Congress.

Watch: 2026-03-10

There should be a 3rd such date on the Tuesday after this blog goes out, so 2026-03-10. This next date is no longer a flood warning date, but a 3 year mark point to the start of Noah's Flood in 2029.

Several things can happen at that date, from yet another visit to the Senate, or a vote in Congress, or something out in the world. We will watch that date and see what happens. This headline may be hidden in a fog of war, and there are secondary dates across the week. More on that below.

But there is a more fundamental question. Are we staring a complete Noah's Flood prophetic headline rerun right now?

By this I mean are we looking for a series of dates across 2026 and into 2027 that map from Noah's story, but which will inform yet another Middle East war and its aftermath about 3 years from now?

If we see such a headline series, we will have near term confirmation that the Noah Flood dates of 2029 and 2030 are all correct. This would eliminate a theoretical long distance leap date problem that is currently implicit in those 2029 prophetic dates.

Probably Another Noah Now

My gut says this will be the case. Joshua is going to prefigure nuclear war with this localized middle east war 3 years early. It will interweave with the stories of the Judean kings that are also going on across this same interval.

Many, many commentators this past week have said the current war with Iran must eventually go nuclear. Israel will go nuclear if it risks defeat. Iran will go nuclear if it risks defeat.

In all cases this eventually goes nuclear, presumably with the other venues going nuclear too, including Ukraine, Taiwan and North America.

We will worry these details as we go forward. Maybe the current war with Iran will just stop? It could happen. Pray it happens.

Looking Back

Now that this has started, there has been a series of public statements made by various individuals about the timing for this war. Let me start by reviewing those.

The start date for this war was apparently dictated to US President Trump when Netanyahu visited Mar-a-Lago in Florida on December 29, 2025. The original planned date for attacking Iran was set for February 20, 2026, though some sources indicate February 21, 2026 was the planned date.

Note our nearest prophetic date for this was 2026-02-22, the replay of the last year of Solomon's life. So this was essentially at the transition from Solomon to Rehoboam, so the start of a 3 year civil war. The planning dates all line up well with the timeline we have been following.

Of course February 21, 2026, turned out to be a false date. Why?

Reports indicated that war plans were thought to have leaked to the Iranians, so there was a 1 week delay, landing at February 28, 2026, when bombing of Iran actually began.

This, of course, suggests treating February 21 as the planned date and it pulls in closer to the February 22 prophetic date.

The prophetic story we are watching is the start of a 3 year civil war that in history was at the start of Rehoboam's reign, which began on 2026-02-23.

But the actual start, at February 28, 2026, was a day or so ahead of Jewish Purim. This has symbolic meaning to Jews and was likely the real planning date all along.

Rubio's First Senate Date

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio first visited Capital Hill on Tuesday, 2026-02-24, so the second day in a 3 day prophetic interval for the replay of the first 3 years of Rehoboam.

Rubio was on Capital Hill in order to brief key US Senators on Netanyahu's war plans. He was caught on video nearly a week later indicating this was Israel's war, not a war of the USA.

Then again this past week, so on Tuesday, 2026-03-03, Rubio was again on Capital Hill to review the first few days of the war.

Noah Timing

Last week I also reviewed the timing out to Noah's flood. The idea here is that a 3 year "civil war" interval ties these events into the dates for a modern replay of Noah's flood.

The math for this is remarkably tight. Assuming 2 weeks of warning, as supported well by the Genesis account of Noah's flood, we can see this war as being a timed, 3 year long, precursor to Noah's flood.

The first visit of Rubio to the Senate matched the expected date on February 24, 2026. The second visit of Rubio to the US Senate matched March 3, 2026. The timing here is very nice. Warnings for war are the basic story.

The next date, so the 3 year mark to the start of Noah's flood would be the Tuesday after this blog goes out, so 2025-03-10. This becomes our next watch date.

Watch: 2026-03-10, Tuesday

So the date 3 years ahead of the start of Noah's flood is 13017-02-17 (2026-03-10). This day, or perhaps the following day, should mark some sort of change in how the current war in Iran is being handled.

Watch for headlines out of the USA for something changing. At the minimum another visit to the US Senate by Rubio. But there could be any other sort of headline that shifts the "mode" of the war.

Watch: 2026-03-11, Wednesday

The following day, 13017-02-18 (2026-03-11) is the replay of the last day in Rehoboam's reign. This is the Wednesday after this blog goes out.

Watch: 2026-03-12, Thursday

The next day, so 13017-02-19 (2026-03-12), is the replay of the first year of Abijah's reign. So the Thursday after this blog goes out. Note he reigned a total of 4 years, which will see the transition at the Sunday/Monday break after next week's blog. I will review that prophetic date in next week's blog.

Remembering Desert Storm

Note how these are 3 watch dates clustered in the middle of the week after this blog goes. I would expect this to mark some sort of shift in this Iran war. The best would be a stop in the bombing, but we will see.

In the case of the previous Middle East related run of Noah, so the 1991 "Desert Storm" operation to liberate Kuwait, the 7 days of warning was mostly political posturing. So there was no shooting across the warning period like we are seeing this time in Iran.

40 Days Of Rain

At the start of Noah's flood itself, so the start of rain, so about January 20, 1991, the USA began 40 intense days of air war against Iraq. This was following the rain from the skies of Noah nearly exactly. So what might we expect after the middle of next week? Unclear.

This time around the rain looks to already be started. It may also be the case that the Zionist side starts to run out of munitions this coming week. If so, then the rain from the sky for the following 40 days will only be Iranian weapons.

In 1991, starting near the end of 40 days of bombing, there was a 100 hour ground invasion of Iraq. At the end of that invasion, US President Bush announced a cease fire and proclaimed that Kuwait was liberated. For this to match, we would watch for about 40 days of war against Iran.

What happens at the end of these next 40 days is unclear. Iran is not Iraq. But the Iranian side would say that Kuwait still needs to be liberated.

Note how that short ground invasion in Desert Storm covered Kuwait but stopped from invading Iraq proper. It was not a complete victory over Iraq.

Waters Cover

The Noah story then calls out a 150 day interval, measured from the start of rain, when waters covered the earth. This landed mid June, 1991.

At about that time, the United Nations passed what would become the weapons inspection regime against Iraq. Scott Ritter, a common and well liked voice in current alternative media, was part of that work. Though there were perhaps other timed headlines out of Iraq, none were serious enough to make it into my notes for that era.

The prophetic dates that inform the tail end of Noah's Flood in late 1991 and early 1992, matched the collapse of the USSR. They did not have any obvious fulfillment in or around Iraq at all.

This time, there are similar alliances to the USSR which might themselves dissolve in about 1 year. Examples include the GCC states, NATO, the EU, and BRICS. Any of those alliances could disband at the end of this war with Iran.

The final date, when Noah comes out of the ark so 6021-02-27, so for us this time is 13018-02-27 (2027-03-15), was matched in 1992 when the Russians stopped pointing nuclear weapons at the USA.

Given recent headlines, I would think the global nuclear war situation gets worse, not better, but we will see. Zionists are ultimately a death cult.

Camping's Book: 1994?

All of my timeline studies began with a review of Harold Camping's book "1994?" In that book he predicted the end of the world in 1994. I did a review of that book well after 1994 had passed. I wanted to understand his mistakes and see what I could learn from them.

Camping made a long series of math errors that needed to be corrected. He did not have very good technical skills for such a task. He also had no idea of the correct calendar. Both of these errors were easy enough to correct.

But Camping was also making a structural mistake. What he did was leap from ancient dates to modern dates in 1 single long shot. This means there was no modern short term warning that his long distance dates were correct.

At the time I reviewed his work I felt that any valid system of predictive dates would predict lessor headlines across many years. Predicting World War II, for example, would be a good example of something to predict.

When I started with that work I also knew that predicting the Jewish return to modern Israel would be another nice test. Predicting that cluster of dates in 1948 would be a good proof that some system of prophetic dates was valid and running.

Camping's work had a much better understanding of the timing of Adam, pushing Adam back ~7000 years from convention. But he had no similarly powerful, but now historic, modern predictions.

Noah's Flood Leap

The dates for Noah in 2029, that I've known for years, have that same problem as Camping's 1994 end of the world date. All I have to work from is the 7 day divine voice warning for Noah. That voice then turns into a 7000 year warning for a second copy of Noah's flood.

On this math, I fail my own class.

We don't like taking an ancient date and just adding 7000 years. This gives us no confidence that we have done everything right. We don't know if the dates are right until we see them go by. With Noah being such a serious story this is doubly difficult. We can only apply very low confidence to what we might see come 2029.

I did have a distinct prophetic dream exactly 10 years earlier where I was told that nuclear war would begin in 10 years. When I looked up the date I found it was the date for the start of Noah's flood in 2029.

So personally, I have known what to expect for Noah. So for the past 7 years this has not been timed strictly based on a long-distance time leap. But, until now, that date is based on math and my personal testimony. Until this week, my own warnings about Noah in 2029 have not been based on actual, near term, running headlines.

What just happened this past week is we got a modern headline which embeds a 3 year offset which is now lining up, essentially day accurately, with Noah in 2029. These headlines are also now dealing with the world being on the edge of nuclear war.

If Iran prevails against Israel, Israel will use nukes. If Israel prevails against Iran, Iran will use nukes. The only way this current war does not end with nukes is if there is deescalation, which we can presume will happen this time around but not in 2029. Russia's FM Lavrov has spoken to this exact problem, link below.

Note that Iran does not appear to have nuclear weapons at present. Iran will get them from either Pakistan, who offered their nukes in the 12 day war last June, or else North Korea, or else China or else Russia. Nukes look easy for Iran to acquire. They may even make their own.

So we just changed our headline based confidence that the Noah's math for 2029 is generally correct. Asserting that Noah's flood is the timing for a nuclear war is now also easier to do given current headlines. Nearly every informed alternative media commentator is now asking when does this war go nuclear? Answer: Even if it does not go nuclear now, use of nukes will not escape 2029.

Finally, and most importantly, the new war in the Middle East is now, at least, an accurately timed precursor to a war that begins early in 2029.

Some Timeline Theory

Last week's blog spelled out in detail how 3 years backs up from Noah's dates. I wrote that part of the blog up late in the week, dropping other content which I may return to in a future blog.

What I spelled out was an example of what I call "4 point timing." Most timelines in the text have 2 dates at the start and then 2 dates at the end of each long distance time interval.

Conceptually, the 7 day warning of Noah's flood in 2029, backs up by 3 years and informs dates going on now with Iran. Of course there are 2 such warnings, so it backs up and provides 2 such dates now.

But, once these sorts of intervals begin, what we usually find is that all the dated stories involved in the story also run at both ends of the prophetic interval.

This is why all the dates of Noah's flood offset by 7000 years. We get a copy of all of Noah in our day, not just a few single dates.

So if we are 3 years ahead of Noah, are we looking at a situation where ALL of Noah's dates back off by 3 years?

This question can only be answered by inspection. We must watch a few more dates involving the current war. If a pattern against Noah actually picks up, then we are going to see a complete copy of Noah's flood dates unfold for this war against Iran. We will then see a similar set of headlines 3 years later, when this becomes full-on nuclear war.

This is a very serious set of questions, which are best answered by watching headlines carefully. These will unfold until early next year, but will become sparse here in another few weeks.

Shop Work

I am still doing software work this week. (Slowed down by distraction tracking news.) Probably another couple weeks before I restart the 3d printers. In a more perfect scenario we would move before restarting the printers.

Change In Media

Let me note that X had record traffic days on Saturday, February 28, 2026 and the following Sunday, March 1, 2026. Elon posted both dates making a note of what was going on. The world was tuning in for war news from Iran.

Then the algorithms were changed at X so the platform would not promote war news out of Iran nor the Middle East in general. By Monday, X was filled with cat videos, dog videos, goat videos, sheep videos, donkey videos, bird videos and I even saw a dolphin video. How sweet. There was also kid school project videos, love stories, travel logs and stories of people who quit their jobs, angry with their old bosses.

Anyone paying attention found X was no longer useful, and overall X traffic took a dive. Hint: The "Probably Spam" choice at the bottom of some posts was covering the good stuff, like how to escape X. Which I did. Many others are doing the same.

Headline Review

There was a river of articles that in normal weeks would be enough to link here. This week was particularly busy. Here is a sampling.

Tucker: Temple?

The link here is to a Youtube video by Tucker Carlson. In this video, his monologue speculates this is likely an attempt by Israel to get the Dome of the Rock removed "by accident" so the Jews can rebuild the temple.

Tucker has a good starting point for evidence in support of his contention.

Note that starting mid year last year I started suggesting we should watch for a temple rebuild project that would begin at the start of this year, so in the start of 2026.

Though Israel has not yet removed the old Dome of the Rock building, this war may be their plan to provide cover for that demolition. Tucker's video explains there are 2 ways for the Dome of the Rock to be removed. Either an errant Iranian missile will just take it out, bringing Arab blame on Iran, or else Israel will simply false-flag the removal of the Dome of the Rock, also bringing (false) blame on Iran.

Because Netanyahu dictated the schedule in December, 2025, any demolition during this current Iran war is now a lingering prophetic match to the Temple rebuilding expectations of the timeline for early 2026. The timeline stories of late 2028 would be best if there was a rebuilt temple by that date.

Iran's Leader Killed

The link here is to a Sputnik post on X dealing with Trump's assassination of Iran's supreme leader. He was a religious figure, not so much a civil figure. Trump needs to beware of the principle of reaping what you sow.

This post is important because it spells out a 40 day time of mourning and then a 7 day national holiday which follows. This appears to begin March 1, 2026, though the actual start date is unclear.

Note how the 7 and 40 numbers, though reversed, are the same math as in the Noah stories that we suspect just began. On the Noah side, it is 7 days of warning, 40 days of rain.

This is an example where those involved are calling out their own prophetic stories, even if a little jumbled. Saddam was doing the same in 1991.

Crowds After Death

The link here is to a PressTV post on X with a photo of the crowds that gathered after the death of Iran's supreme leader. He was to most Iranians like the Pope is to Italians in Italy. This is a battle of religions. At least the Shia are waiting for Jesus to return. The Zionists want to spit in his face.

USS Abraham Lincoln?

Forced to Leave?

News Censored?

The top link is to an RT post on X which reports on speculation that the USS Abraham Lincoln was at least threatened by Iranian missiles. It was said to have sailed south east, out of firing range from Iran. This is a high value target in the informational side of this war.

Note how these types of ships echo to the Noah story in 2029. Noah's ship survived. Apparently nobody else in Noah's day had a surviving ship.

The second link above is to a longer Gospa News article on the same point. That ship did appear to leave the area for safety.

The 3rd link above suggests all news on the Abraham Lincoln was censored. Within another day or so all news, everywhere, was being censored.

Planned: February 21, 2026

The link here is to a Zero Hedge post on X that cites Axios that indicates Netanyahu's planned date for the start of this war was February 21, 2026.

This puts it closer to the prophetic dates for the end of Solomon.

Note, though, that Purim, 2026, was a 2 day holiday from March 2 through March 3, minding strange calendar day breaks. To Jews in Israel, these dates would be more symbolically important, so the dates as they unfolded are most likely correct to their December, 2025, plan. The Axios article is likely meant to sow doubt.

Gang of 8 on March 3?

The link here to an Acyn post on X provides some evidence that the expected meeting on March 3, 2026, so the 2nd week warning date, also had a meeting on Capital Hill at the expected date.

Note that the video clip indicates that nothing particularly sensitive is being shared in these meetings.

What Next?

The link here is to a Zero Hedge article dated March 2, 2025. So the Monday after war broke out. They speculate on what will be struck in this war. The worse is desalination plants in the Arab states. This would be a non-nuclear way of making the Arab world uninhabitable.

Aramco Strikes

The link here is to another Zero Hedge article with photos of early strikes on an Aramco refinery in Saudi Arabia. Because Israel is the master of false flags it can never be clear who actually caused this trouble.

Lavrov: All Nations Nukes

The link here is to a Megatron post on X that cites Russia's FM Lavrov. The war that just started will cause EVERY small country to gain nukes. Lavrov points out the public paradox in Trump's actions. Demanding no nukes will proliferate nukes everywhere.

In any case, Trump is effectively arming every small country with nukes, ending the world as we know it, the fool.

X Stops Covering War

Everyone Notices

The top link here is to a Kim Dotcom post on X that is one of many similar posts dated March 3, 2026, that followed X dropping war coverage from their platform.

The second post is by Viral Headlines on X, a longer form post on the same subject, same date. X basically stopped working for most users.

Kurds To War?

The Zionists have been attempting to use the Kurds to perform a ground invasion of Iran. The link here is to a Megatron post on X that includes an interesting map of where Kurds are found around the region. Note how they are one of the few ethnicities in the region without their own nation.

Kurds are traditionally Christian, and the Aramaic texts were preserved, in part, by the peoples we know now as Kurds. So this is an important group to track.

The use of Kurds as cannon fodder is likely to remain an ongoing issue. Zionists don't like Christians and would willingly use them for such an invasion. A ground invasion of Iran is NOT easy, even for well trained armies like the USA. (Well trained?)

US Destroyer?

US Destroyer?

The top link here is to a post on X by ME Observer. The second link here is to a different channel on the same subject. These reports indicate that the Iranians struck a US Destroyer on March 3, 2026.

The focus of this is on ships and shipping. This is matching the prophetic stories of Noah. This is but another simple example. Unclear what really happened. We are starting to fall into the fog of war.

Problems of Software

I was asked a couple weeks ago about what I thought about upgrading or replacing a desktop PC. I did not have anything to say because of the mess unfolding with Windows. Windows 11 is a tracking nightmare and not fit for purpose. So an upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 is a downgrade. The Mac platform is not much better, the spying there is reported to be better executed.

PC manufacturers are starting to see the problem. Lenovo and HP are now said to be offering PCs with Linux pre-installed and supported. This is strong validation to choices we made around here 20+ years ago to NEVER use proprietary software for our work.

In the end not even Linux machines are likely to remain safe from the prying eyes of Israel. But, we gotta start somewhere. While Windows 11 is a spymaster's dream, there are other troubles too.

Lenovo Defaulting to Linux

Lenovo is one of the traditional PC vendors. They have several different families of computers. This video explains how they are going to default to Linux instead of Windows for at least some of those machines.

Windows is now deep-state spyware, and not really a desktop OS anymore. So the question of upgrading computers is NOT just a hardware problem, but a software problem. Lenovo knows this, and is trying to capture the market for refugees from Microsoft.

California Attacks Linux

The link here is to a Youtube video detailing a new California law that demands Linux track user age just like the other commercial OS vendors must now do. (Ubuntu and PopOS have agreed to follow this law. We may need to change our suppliers, we will see.)

This new law goes into effect January 1, 2027. Linux distros will either comply, or block California in their license agreements. For servers this suggests no more server farms in California. All the more reason for software companies to leave California for Texas.

Child Grooming

The link here is to a Rob Braxman Tech video on Youtube. In this video Rob goes into the technical details of recent changes in California and Colorado state laws involving tracking the age of computer users. The big 3 software companies are doing this in seriously evil ways. Protecting the children is the stated public purpose.

Of course both states are run by Zionist Satanists, members of the Epstein Class. Would we expect them to be protecting children? Or grooming them to find them, track them, kill them and eventually eat them?

Rob explains these states recent bills are technically designed for child grooming, not protection. If you can handle some technical details, I would highly recommend watching his video. He is a world class expert in computer security.

Utter shame on Microsoft, Google and Apple for going along with this plan from the pit of hell. Next time we go looking for a software upgrade we will probably be looking for software not licensed for use in California.
